Actual Cash Value
Actual Cash Value (ACV) of a vehicle takes into account usage, general wear and tear, prior damage, year, make, model. We offer multiple options for a carrier to choose from to determine ACV:
- NADA book value, dealer quotes, and salvage bids
- CCC total loss evaluation (form and/or call in)
- Mitchell WorkCenter Total loss
Diminished value appraisal
To determine definished value we take into consideration vehicles ACV at the time of accident, cost of repairs, severity of the damage, comparable vehicles on the market with similar damage. The classic vehicle is considered a car older than 15 years. Usually, classic vehicle appraisal can be tougher than inspection of a typical car as most of those autos are not included in the appraisal software parts database. Also, the actual cash value (ACV) is not available. Our appraisers apply our professional skills, knowledge, and effort to obtain vehicle ACV, parts prices, and labor time to complete the vehicle repairs. Depending on the vehicle condition, additional time may need to apply to complete this type of appraisal request.

Medium-duty truck appraisal & Heavy-duty truck appraisal
